Open the YiCircle app and tap “Sign up”. You can register with an email address or a phone number, or sign in with Google or Apple.

Open the event and tap the sign-up button. Some events are open to everyone, some need the organizer's approval, and some are limited to a circle's members — the event page tells you which before you sign up.

Payment is handled by Stripe inside the app. The organizer — not YiCircle — is the seller for the event; YiCircle collects a platform service fee. Cash-on-arrival events are also possible, and the event page says which applies.

Open the order and submit a refund request. It goes to the organizer, who can approve or decline it, and you can track the status under your refund requests. If you disagree with the outcome, you can escalate the request to us.

Whether a refund is available depends on the cancellation terms shown on that event before you paid, so please check those first.

A circle is a local group built around a shared interest — hiking, board games, photography. Join one to see its events and posts, and to meet people nearby who are into the same thing.

Please check the following:

1. Notifications are allowed for YiCircle in your device settings
2. Do Not Disturb is off, both in the app and on your device
3. Your network connection is working
4. Try signing out and back in

Tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen and enter the email or phone number you registered with. We'll send you a reset link or a verification code.

Go to Settings › Account & Security › Delete Account and follow the prompts. Deletion is permanent — your data cannot be recovered afterwards.
