   最佳旅行时间： 春季（3-5月）野花盛开且气候宜人；秋季（10-11月）天气舒适，最适合户外徒步。夏季极度炎热，不建议进行长途徒步。

   着装建议： 沙漠温差极大。即使是盛夏的夜晚也可能凉爽，春/秋季清晨则非常寒冷，建议采用“洋葱式”多层穿衣法。
