The Bon Secours Wellness Arena parking lot on Church Street is reserved for Bon Secours Wellness Arena Premium Seating and Suite Owners The most convenient parking facility is the City of Greenville Church St For info on this and other City of Greenville parking garages nearby, please visit http://www.greenvillesc.gov/Transportation/GaragesLots.aspx Accessible Parking: Accessible parking is located in the Premium Seat Parking Lot between the Church Street parking garage and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena Guests may enter the Premium Seat Parking Lot from North Church Street and drive toward the garage to access the spaces ADA parking within this lot is limited and availability is based on a first-come first-serve basis Additional accessible parking is located in the Church St All vehicles requiring accessible parking must have the proper decal displayed from the rear view mirror or have an applicable license plate

Beginning on October 4, 2021, the Bon Secours Wellness Arena began implementing a new clear bag policy Complimentary clear bags will be available to guests attending events, and advance communications will be shared with guests attending BSWA events Each ticketed guest will be permitted to carry one large clear bag, either a Ziploc style bag or a 12x6x12 (or smaller) clear bag, plus a small wallet or clutch that must not exceed 5.5x8.5 The small wallet or clutch must be carried into the venue outside the clear bag and is subject to search The safety and security of our guests is of utmost importance at our events, says Beth Paul, General Manager of the Bon Secours Wellness Arena Many of our patrons may already be familiar with this process, as it is used by many arenas + college and NFL stadiums Clear bags provide another layer of security with less inconvenience to our guests as they are easier and faster to search It also supports the Department of Homeland Security’s See Something, Say Something campaign Approved bags include: • Bags that are clear, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12x6x12 • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar) • Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, that do not exceed 5.5x8.5 An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection upon entry Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: • Purses larger than a clutch bag • Briefcases • Backpacks • Cinch bags • Fanny packs that are not clear and exceed size restriction Diapers and other baby supplies can be carried in a clear bag Each member of a family, including children, is allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into the arena Complimentary clear bags will be available to guests attending events as we transition through this new policy NO Smoking or vaping inside the Arena NO Weapons NO Outside Food or Beverages NO Laser Pointers NO Audio Recorders NO Video Recorders or Professional Cameras Outside Smoking section available at section 105/106
