There is a two beverage minimum per person Age requirement is 18 and over, valid photo ID required for entrance We do make exceptions for specific family-friendly performances Please check individual show listings for age requirements or reach out to the box office Dress Attire is casual You can access your tickets through the Ticketmaster or Live Nation app If you do not have the app you will need to download your tickets to your mobile wallet Will-call can be picked up day of the show once the box office opens with a valid photo ID All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable All seating is General Admission - first come, first served within the respective sections Camera Policy: Phone cameras are permitted All other cameras, video cameras, and audio recording devices are not allowed into the venue and will have to be checked in at our complimentary coat check All bags will be searched upon entry, and no large bags or backpacks will be allowed into the showroom and will have to be checked in at our complimentary coat check No outside food or drink is allowed No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm will be allowed inside
